Heavily hopped with galaxy and motueka. This beer is a one and done IPA we brewed specifically for our opening. We're brewing with the gloves off on this one.
A testament to our journey of opening a brewery. Every little step towards our goal we would celebrate by exclaiming, "We're almost there!" and now we are! Almost There is a traditional Belgian saison, our own little take and homage to or favorite beer, saison DuPont, it's almost there.
Our kettle sour, named after our trusty truck Old Gerty. This sour sipper is fermented with 100% Brett and conditioned on heaps of local to blueberries. She really is a saucy old minx.
Brewed out of a partnership with some pretty rad people over at Olson and Son Hopyard. It's a saison brewed with a heavy addition of RI hops at the end of the boil to give it uniquely tropical banana character. We called it Lionheart in honor of their son Liam the lion. We're really excited about this one and plan on bringing it back on a yearly basis around hop harvest time.
A collaboration with my good friends and former co-workers at The Bronx Brewery. Working closely together for as long as we had, we would come up with really crazy beer ideas, and this one is no exception. Named Half Baked Jumbo Shrimp after the medium brilliant idea that inspired it. It's a half pale half Brett beer with lemon peel and Palo Santo wood and really crazy fermentation schedule. Super limited and super weird.
